Surrender of certificate.—Every toddy tapper who ceases to carry on the tapping of toddy shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Rajasthan in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
