Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the running of a licensed guest house shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every monument held by him has been disposed of.
