Application for registration.—Every landlord letting premises to foreigners carrying on the letting of premises to foreigners shall make an application for registration to the Registration Officer in Form A, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every travel document held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
