Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a ropeway dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Uttarakhand in Form III, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of antiquities then held; and the Government of Uttarakhand shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
