Intimation of change.—Every generator of hazardous waste shall intimate to the Environmental Appellate Authority, in Form II and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Environmental Appellate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
