Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the trustee of a family settlement shall apply to the Maintenance Tribunal in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Maintenance Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
