Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these bye-laws shall be kept at the office of the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in the custody of the Wireless Adviser, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal; and where the Wireless Adviser having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form D within forty-five days of the succession.
