Application for registration.—Every dealer in wireless equipment carrying on dealing in wireless equipment shall make an application for registration to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in Form H, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees and a statement of every subscriber record held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
