Maintenance of premises.—Every dealer in wireless equipment shall keep the premises where dealing in wireless equipment is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every message kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with dealing in wireless equipment, and shall furnish to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in Form G, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these bye-laws, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
