Fees.—The fee of twenty-five thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of fifty thousand rupees payable on any other application under these bye-laws shall be paid to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form D; and the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within sixty days of its receipt.
