Periodical returns.—Every dealer in wireless equipment shall furnish to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year, a return in Form E of dealing in wireless equipment carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
