Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in wireless equipment who ceases to carry on dealing in wireless equipment shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every authorisation held by him has been disposed of.
