Bye-law 2, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Appeals of Dealing in wireless equipment) Bye-laws, 2026 [S8T-5R9]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 3 April 2026.
Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 (24 of 1997); (b) "dealer in wireless equipment" means a person carrying on dealing in wireless equipment; (c) "licence" means a licence received, held or disposed of by a dealer in wireless equipment in the course of dealing in wireless equipment; (d) "Form E" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
