Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of benami property who ceases to carry on the holding of property in the name of another shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Land Acquisition Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 7 of the manner in which every plan of the land held by him has been disposed of.
