Application for registration.—Every holder of benami property carrying on the holding of property in the name of another shall make an application for registration to the Land Acquisition Officer in Form 4, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every document held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
