Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a plantation who ceases to carry on the working of a plantation shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registering Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
