Periodical return.—Every child care institution carrying on the care of children in an institution shall furnish to the Maintenance Tribunal, within sixty days of the close of each year, a return in Form IV of every notice of intended marriage received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for fourteen days from the date on which it is furnished.
