Fees.—The fee of twenty rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of fifty rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Sub-Divisional Officer by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form 12; and the Sub-Divisional Officer shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within sixty days of its receipt.
