Surrender of certificate.—Every kazi who ceases to carry on the functions of a kazi shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Family Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every order of maintenance held by him has been disposed of.
