Intimation of change.—Every ship repairer shall intimate to the Maritime Board, in Form 3 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Maritime Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
