Fees.—The fee of two hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Highway Administration by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form 38; and the Highway Administration shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within forty-five days of its receipt.
