Application for registration.—Every carrier carrying on the carriage of passengers to India shall make an application for registration to the Protector of Emigrants in Form F, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every residential permit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
