Surrender of certificate.—Every recovery agent who ceases to carry on the recovery of dues on behalf of a lender shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Assam in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every register of loans held by him has been disposed of.
