Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a fuel station shall apply to the Civil Defence Controller in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Civil Defence Controller shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
