Intimation of change.—Every holder of a standard mark licence shall intimate to the Director of Legal Metrology, in Form H and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Legal Metrology shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
