Fees.—The fee of five hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of two hundred rupees payable on any other application under these regulations shall be paid to the Registrar of Companies by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form CHG-1; and the Registrar of Companies shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
