Intimation of change.—Every creditor shall intimate to the Registrar of Companies, in Form PAS-3 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Companies shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
