Fees.—The fee of one lakh rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of ten thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form CA-4; and the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within twenty-one days of its receipt.
