Surrender of certificate.—Every flying training organisation who ceases to carry on the training of pilots shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-8 of the manner in which every air operator certificate held by him has been disposed of.
