Application for registration.—Every flying training organisation carrying on the training of pilots shall make an application for registration to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau in Form CA-2, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every flight held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
