Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the building worker registered with the Board shall apply to the Employees' Insurance Court in Form 6 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees, and the Employees' Insurance Court shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-two days of the application.
