Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the printer of election material shall apply to the Election Tribunal in Form 2B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Election Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ten days of the application.
