Intimation of change.—Every printer of election material shall intimate to the Election Tribunal, in Form 12 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Election Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
