Application for registration.—Every patentee carrying on the working of a patent shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Geographical Indications in Form 9, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of forty thousand rupees and a statement of every design held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
