Clause 2, Goa, Daman and Diu Agricultural Tenancy (Land revenue receipt Control) Order, 2026 [S8S-CM8]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Goa, Daman and Diu Agricultural Tenancy Act, 1964 (Goa Act 7 of 1964); (b) "person removing earth from Government land" means a person carrying on the removal of earth from Government land; (c) "mutation" means a mutation received, held or disposed of by a person removing earth from Government land in the course of the removal of earth from Government land; (d) "Form 8" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
