Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the master shall apply to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Form 3 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
