Surrender of certificate.—Every member who ceases to carry on membership of a society shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Insecticides Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
