Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the member shall apply to the Insecticides Board in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Insecticides Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
