Intimation of change.—Every patent agent shall intimate to the Appellate Board, in Form 9 and within three hundred and sixty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of four thousand rupees.
