Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any sender of commercial messages dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Karnataka in Form G, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every telecommunication service then held; and the Government of Karnataka shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
