Intimation of change.—Every tax return preparer shall intimate to the Assessing Officer, in Form 10 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Assessing Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
