Surrender of certificate.—Every licensed marriage hall who ceases to carry on the letting of premises for marriages shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every succession certificate held by him has been disposed of.
