Intimation of change.—Every licensee of a patent shall intimate to the Plant Varieties Authority, in Form TM-A and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Plant Varieties Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
