Intimation of change.—Every input service distributor shall intimate to the Commissioner, in Form GST APL-01 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
