Intimation of change.—Every bonded warehouse keeper shall intimate to the Excise Appellate Authority, in Form D and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Excise Appellate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
