Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the mediator shall apply to the Designated Court in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Designated Court shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
