Surrender of certificate.—Every mediator who ceases to carry on the conduct of mediation shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Designated Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every reference held by him has been disposed of.
