Application for registration.—Every exporter carrying on the export of goods shall make an application for registration to the proper officer in Form GSTR-1, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every electronic way bill held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
