Surrender of certificate.—Every exporter of ore who ceases to carry on the export of ore shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Mineral Foundation in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form J of the manner in which every return held by him has been disposed of.
