Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the executive officer of a temple shall apply to the Deputy Charity Commissioner in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
